Paperless Office IT software is written .NET technology and built on an extensible framework for Windows Operating Systems or Windows Web Server. This allows for a more rapid development and stable product. One of the interesting features of the software is its ability to be customized by end users. For example, when we look at a listing of data it will contain many rows and many columns or headings. So, for argument purposes let’s say we are looking at your database of items you sell. It could contain anywhere from a few columns to a hundred columns. If you are in the production department you might just want to see Item ID, Description, Location, Quantity on Hand, and a few other fields, however if you are in the Quality department you might just want to see Item ID, Description, any current issues, or lots approval status. So, each department can add or delete the fields(columns) they want and in the order they want. This way they are looking at info that is meaningful to them and less confusing resulting in faster decision making.

The base software is written just for your company and can be upgraded or expanded to allow certain features. Another notable feature of this software is that it is not issued on a per user or computer basis. You can install it on as many computers as you wish for as many users as you wish, without any extra costs involved. So, if you are a company that has 5 or 10 employees and suddenly needs to hire more people or summer help you can install it on more computers and add those users at no extra costs.

Features that can be added.

Analysis – Allows you to create a pivot table and then chart it for presentation.
Auditing – Is used to track changed make to the database, by whom, when and what was changed.
Charting – Allows data to be viewed in a variety of charts for data presentation.
Dashboards – Allows KPI’s (Purchased together) to be grouped together for visualization and rapid view of what’s going on with your data.
KPI – Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are used to create analysis for certain time periods
Security – Used to control who is allowed into the software program and what they are allowed to see or change.
Reporting – Used to create reports from data and allow the ability to export them as well.
